This unique program gives you the opportunity to make 12 – 12” Quilt Blocks that can finished any way you choose.
The color selections being offered for this year’s program include: jewel Batiks, Brights or Civil War.
Here are details of how the program works:
Thrilling Thursday Rules
¨ On the 1st Thursday of EACH Month, we will introduce that month’s block. This year’s session begins April 3, 2008.
¨ A short demonstration of a technique, tool, or new products will be given each month. You must be at this demo to qualify for the next month’s block for free.
¨ During the demo we’ll draw for 4 free Fat Quarters. You must be present to win.
¨ Two demo sessions are available, either 10:30 am or 6:00 pm. Be early to get a seat. No late admittance.
¨ On April 3, 2008 you will receive your first kit. It has the pattern and the fabric for the block in the colorway you selected. The blocks are 12” finished.
¨ You will need to supply the background fabric. 3 yard minimum is required.
¨ Go home and make the block, bring it to the following month’s meeting, be in time to attend the demo, and you’ll receive the next month’s block kit for FREE. This cycle continues for 1 year, making it possible for you to receive all the patterns and fabric for twelve 12” sampler blocks for only $20.
¨ If you are unable to attend the demo for whatever reason, you may pick your block up anytime after the 1st Thursday. You will be charged $5. If the block has not been claimed by the end of the month, we will charge your credit card on file the $5 fee.
¨ When you sign up for the program you are committing for 1 year. There is no cancellation option, however, if your life situation changes such that you cannot attend, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements to mail your blocks if necessary. (Fees apply)
